After running many miles, making lots of new running buddies, and pushing myself to the limit-the Summer Run is over!

But don't think that I'm going to stop all my new healthy habits just because I won't be tracking my miles anymore. And I hope you don't either!

Staying healthy is a process, and there is no end point. We can't say we ran for a few weeks, ate healthy foods and that's it. This is a lifestyle, and the progress we've made is because of hard work and dedication.

My experts will continue to bring you fitness and nutrition tips, and I'm going to keep sharing new healthy habits that I'm learning, and I hope you share yours with me as well.
