Summer Run: The Final Countdown

this morning I ran 8 km (5 miles) without stopping!! the weather was so bad; besides me there was only 1 other idiot in a running outfit, haha! I really didn't want to leave the house @ first, but I'm so glad I did. it felt great being able to go on without having to stop and rest... I'm getting better and better @ this! ;o) XX
