This gorgeous cake looks like it took all day to make, but it's actually a cinch to whip up! If you're having guests over, impress them with this delicious chocolate and strawberry ice box cake, layered with chocolate wafer cookies and whipped cream. 'Stiletto Chef' author Candice Kumai shares her decadent recipe. It's as easy as pie (err, cake!).

Candice's Chocolate + Strawberry Ice Box Cake

Ingredients:
2 9oz packages chocolate wafer cookies (Nabisco Famous cookies are the ones!)
4 C whipped cream (see recipe below)
2 C Strawberries, washed well and sliced

Directions:
1- On a large plate or serving dish arrange cookies in a circle, 1 in the center and 6 surrounding. Top wafers with approximately 1/2 cup whipped cream.

** Use a re-sealable freezer bag for easy piping and no mess for this easy cake!

2-Repeat with more cookies and whipped cream, creating layers. Roughly 9 layers of cookies and whipped cream

** With this no-bake cake even layers are key, tie the cake together and keep it neat by using the whipped cream like glue.

3-Freeze for at least 3 hours to make sure its firm!

To serve, slice up some strawberries and place on the side to plate or dust top lightly with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.

** Freezing or Refrigerating this easy no bake cake is key. It makes the cookies perfectly soft!

Easy Whipped Cream

3 cups heavy cream
3 Tbsp granulated sugar

Mix the heavy cream with an electric mixer, slowly add in the sugar and whip on high speed until soft peaks begin to form. Don't over mix the batch or cream will look chunky!
