Most kids love sweets, but to avoid a sugar rush, try substituting with agave nectar, or with natural fruits. Try this smoothie recipe for a fun treat, and freeze to make popsicles!

Blueberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

1 cup frozen blueberries
2 cups orange juice
1 banana, cut in pieces
½ cup milk
Agave nectar (in replace of sugar)
Vanilla greek yogurt
Add ingredients together in blender and blend until smooth.

Turn smoothies into Popsicles:

Place all ingredients into a blender and divide among popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. To remove, rinse under hot water for about 30 seconds. Eat up!
