Pumpkin Seeds

Fitness and Nutrition expert Andrea Orbeck has a great snack to make from your leftover pumpkins! After you have carved your Halloween pumpkin, scooped out contents and separated the seeds, rinse and dry the seeds and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle on a little olive oil, Himalayan salt, and a spice mixture to your tastes and toss to ensure each seed is coated. Gently shake the pan to spread out the seeds, and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees, or until they are golden brown. This will be a nice salty break from all the candy!
