Kale Chips Steps:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Tear leaves off the stems.
  3. Spread out the leaves on a pan and drizzle lightly with olive oil
  4. Add any herb or spice of your choice.
  5. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes, keeping an eye on them to prevent burning.

Hummus Steps:
  1. Add your 2 cups of cooked chickpeas, or rinsed canned organic chickpeas, to a food processor.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of tahini for extra creaminess and nutrients, and some olive oil to thin it out.
  3. Season with minced garlic, lemon juice, sea salt, cumin, and paprika.
  4. Combine in processor until smooth.
  5. For serving, dress with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of paprika on top for color.

Hummus Sandwich Steps:
  1. Spread a few tablespoons of hummus on a sheet of pita bread.
  2. Cover with your favorite vegetables.
  3. Top with another pita bread covered in hummus, hummus side down.
  4. Slice into manageable sized wedges
  5. Serve with kale chips!

Sweet Snack Steps:
  1. Cover a pita in almond butter.
  2. Slice an apple into thin half-moon shapes and layer onto the pita.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
