With all of the beauty products out there, it's difficult to know how to decide between the high-priced product and the drugstore brand. Our beauty and makeup expert Sabrina Bedrani gives her ten favorite items that won't break the bank!
It's true that when it comes to makeup, sunscreens and beauty products there is no limit to how much you can spend. But more isn't always better! Some of these tried and true products work just as well, and you'll love the results.
Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 45 ($9.99)
I love this sunscreen! It absorbs like a moisturizer, but has a dry feel, unlike a lot of high-end SPF moisturizers, and it doesn't leave a sticky film on your face. You forget it's even on. I have very sensitive skin and this is the only sunscreen that doesn't make me break out.
L'Oréal Original Voluminous Mascara in Black ($7.29)
There are a lot of great mascaras on the market, but after trying them all, I always end up going back to my L'Oréal Voluminous. It's all you need for great, full looking lashes!
Ardell DuraLash Naturals Flare Short Black ($4.99)
I use these on a daily basis. I especially like the 'Naturals' because if you apply them right on the lash line, you can't even tell they're there.
Duo Eyelash Adhesive Clear ($8)
Duo dries clear and stays on until you're ready to take your lashes off. It also comes in black.
Olay Daily Facials Wet Cleansing Cloths for Sensitive Skin ($4.99)
These wipes remove even waterproof makeup, but are still gentle enough to use on sensitive skin.
Essie Nail Polish ($7.99)
Essie has a great range of colors and the polish stays on really well.
Revlon ColorStay Eyeliner Pencil in Black ($6.79)
These pencils are great because they go on easily, glide really nicely, and best of all, they don't run or crease.
Neutrogena Revitalizing Lip Balm SPF 20 ($8.99)
It's nice to have a lip balm that really moisturizes and has SPF in it, and this one comes in different shades. It goes on very sheer so you can build up the color.
Neutrogena Fragrance-Free Body Oil ($9.99)
When applied on damp skin, it goes on very smoothly. Its lightweight formula dries really quickly, and doesn't leave you feeling sticky or oily. Also, a little goes a long way and your skin feels really moisturized and supple afterward.
Clean & Clear Oil Absorbing Sheets ($5.99)
These are ideal for refreshing your make-up throughout the day, as they absorb all of the excess oil from your face without leaving any powder residue to look cakey.
